ADOLESCENTS

Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.
Oscar Wilde
Adolescence is a time of great transition--it can be both beautiful and chaotic. My goal is to help teens navigate thresholds, from child to teenager, and emerge into adulthood with a solid understanding of who they are and how they want to show up in the world. I have experience working with teens in both middle and high school settings on issues arranging from school pressures to moderate mental illness. Combining a Depth Psychological approach with Cognitive and Dialectic Behavioral therapy creates an opportunity for students to learn about themselves and guide their emotions and behaviors in service of their dreams and aspirations.
