I work with children from 5 to 12 years old. Incorporating play, imagination, mindfulness, and expressive arts, I help children make sense of their world, empower them to use their voice and support them in navigating family dynamics. My practice with children is grounded in the Sandplay work of Dora Kalff, the Play Therapy techniques of Violet Oaklander, and the neuroscience of Dr. Dan Seigel. Using an attachment-based and family systems approach, I join with children to help them explore their world and move confidently within it.
