Working with an attachment-based and family systems approach, I help families navigate and support each other through life's transitions and challenges. In the family system, each individual affects the whole of the family and the whole family affects each individual. Understanding the roles of the individual and the family as a whole can help bring about healing and harmony in the family and the individual. Whether you want to address generational trauma or unite a new family, I incorporate each family's unique traditions and history into treatment. Divorced, blended, multi-racial, and LGBTQIA+ families welcome.
