Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps clients to addresses thought patterns that are no longer helpful or have become harmful. By understanding the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behavior, we can work to break old patterns and begin to live new stories. I am also trained in Trauma Focused CBT as a modality to work with trauma.
